A New Addition...
We have a new addition to our family. Because I am asking for trouble and don't have enough to do around the house, I added to our happy little family on Saturday. We were at PetsMart and saw the cutest little parakeet. He is really cute. He is all yellow. The kids named him is Twister Tweety. We call him Twister.

Oh now birds are a nice addition to the family, but keep him away from drafts. That is how we lost ours. The chirps and tweets were lovely.
I love birds. This little guy is still a bid shy and unsure of his surroundings. He will get used to us soon enough though. Our dog is very curious, but Twister is well out of reach of him (just in case). Although, I don't think that he would ever do anything to intentionally hurt the bird.

Well, unfortunately, it is not the addition that I wanted to annouce. He is getting used to us. He chirps everyday now.
Does that mean you really wanted to lay an egg? :)
In a manner of speaking, yes, I do. I really want to have another baby, which is one of the reasons I began working out.
That better be the ONLY new addition. Oh by the way I'm telling mom...
